Jo added a packet of dry yeast BRY-97 – that we bought a year ago, and had a use by date of 11/2020. We just poured it in Dry…. We had activity within 24 hours.

Jo added 1/4 oz of dried hemp, to the last 2 minutes of the boil.
Kegged 7/31/2021 – set PSI to 18 for 3 days, then down to 8.
Slight hemp aroma, even though we did not dry hop any help.
